What Is Cialis?
Cialis (generic name Tadalafil) is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor, primarily used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED) in men. It works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation, helping men achieve and maintain an erection.
In addition to treating ED, Cialis is also prescribed for other conditions such as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition where the prostate becomes enlarged, causing difficulty in urination.
At 20mg per tablet, Cialis provides a moderate dosage that offers a balance between effectiveness and duration.
